At CedarPlanters, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your planter isn't the perfect fit for your garden, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the planter if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
